Sue has trained more than 300 staff at a European Agency in their new Code of Conduct
Sue has trained more than 300 staff at a European Agency in their new Code of Conduct with particular reference to the new policies on Conflicts of Interest and Gifts & Hospitality. Feedback from the training sessions included “good, real-life examples used”, “a potentially boring topic made interesting”, and “trainer knows the subject really well”. Sue also developed the training materials and conducted the training for the Agency’s Management Board and Board of Appeal. The Agency is now well-placed to better understand and manage conflicts of interest at all levels.
