A UK-based, FTSE100 manufacturing company set up a major training programme for its senior leaders with potential for further growth who would be trained in several small groups of up to 16 people. Sue was asked to develop and deliver the training materials on Risk Management. Sue discussed the topic with the Chair of the Audit Committee, the Chief Legal Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Risk Management to understand their perspectives on Risk Management before developing the training materials with an emphasis on taking the right opportunities to maximise growth while minimising the potential adverse impacts if something went wrong.
